LG Boss Presents 2022 Budget Of Reality

The Executive Chairman of Eleme Local Government Area, Chief Obarilomate Ollor, has presented the 2022 Appropriation Bill to the 9th Eleme Legislative Assembly.
Termed Budget of Reality, the Eleme Council boss said it encompasses that which his administration tends to carryout for the development of the LGA in the stipulated period.
According to him, the budget, a total sum of N3,624,539,037.25, is made up of Recurrent Expenditure of N2,624,539,037.25, and Capital Expenditure of N668,097,609.02.
Chief Ollor sought for the cooperation of the legislators for an accelerated hearing and passage of the bill to enable him complete projects his administration has embarked on.
He said that the projects earmarked in the bill when completed, will serve the interest of Eleme people, and is the core mandate of his administration.
Responding, Leader of the 9th Eleme Legislative Assembly, Rt. Hon. Chumu Jima Daniel, thanked the Chairman for all his efforts which, he said, has rubbed off on all the legislators.
According to him, they “enjoy the glory from your good works”, urging him to continue in such stead.
Daniel also promised the Chairman of their continued cooperation, and assured him of an accelerated hearing and quick passage of the bill into law.
